Website content
Text, images, and layout on this site are provided for general information about our atelier. We aim for accuracy but workshop dates, ready-piece availability, and prices may change. Photographs illustrate typical work and materials; commissioned pieces may differ. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without our written consent.
Bookings and payments
Workshop seats and commissions are confirmed by email. A booking becomes binding when we confirm availability and you accept the stated fee and timing. Payment instructions are sent in that confirmation. If you need to cancel, write as soon as possible; we will explain any rescheduling options that apply to your booking. Materials supplied in class remain yours to take home unless otherwise stated.
Commissions
Wall hanging and plant-cradle commissions rely on measurements and notes you provide. Timelines are estimates until materials are reserved. If a design change affects price or delivery, we will confirm the change before continuing. Finished fiber pieces are handmade; small variations in tension and fringe length are part of the craft.
Visiting the atelier
Open hours are Wed–Sun 11:00–18:00 unless a private session is booked. Please respect tools, cords, and other visitors. We may refuse entry or end a session if safety or courtesy is compromised. Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Finnish or EU consumer protection rules. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are handled primarily through negotiation; if needed, Finnish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future visits.
